The PCS VoIP UCaaS platform’s URL Agent enables a window to “pop” open in a 3rd party web application (i.e. Screen Pops) when your extension receives inbound calls.

Microsoft Teams
This integration will enable calls from Microsoft Teams using the PCS VoIP Call Control Platform, allowing Teams users to stay inside of the platform and have the native experience.
Features: Leverage PCS VoIP to make and receive calls inside of Teams and take advantage of PCS VoIP’s proven and reliable PBX features.
Supported Version: Microsoft E5 license or other Microsoft licenses with the Phone System Add-on.
